dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje úloze a fungování dvou dopravních společností na konkrétním příkladu v dopravně logistickém řetězci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy logistiky, ale také pojmy specifické pro praktickou část, které byly vymezeny pomocí odborné literatury. Cílem praktické části je ukázat na funkčnost logistiky v praxi, a to na základě konzultací s odborníky z obou firem. Nedílnou součástí praktické části jsou také faktory, ovlivňující celkovou úspěšnost dopravní firmy a její konkurenceschopnost. V závěru jsou shrnuty důležité body práce a předloženy návrhy na zlepšení nabízených služeb či jejich propagaci pro obě dopravní společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor Thesis is concetrated on the role and functioning of two different freight companies. The whole work is substantiated on specific examples in the transport logistics supply chain. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of logistics, but also the concepts specific to the practical part, which were defined by using specialised literature. The aim of the practical part is to show the functionality of logistics in practice, based on consultations with experts from both companies. The core of the practical part is focused on factors, which influence the overall success of the transports company and its competitiveness. To conlcude, important points of the work are summarized and proposals of improvements for both companies are presented, such as innovation of the offered services and promotion & advertising of the companies.en
