| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu společenské odpovědnosti vybraného podniku, zhodnocení postoje cílového segmentu vybrané společnosti ke koncepci společenské odpovědnosti firem jako takové a dále pak ke společenské odpovědnosti prováděné vybraným podnikem, kterým je společnost McDonald's s cílem posílit vnímání významu společenské odpovědnosti firem v České republice. Nejprve jsou v práci uvedeny teoretické poznatky týkající se problematiky společenské odpovědnosti firem, její komunikace a reportování, které jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vybraný podnik, jeho představení, dále je provedena situační analýza k problematice společenské odpovědnosti McDonald's a je uskutečněn marketingový výzkum. Na základě poznatků z provedené analýzy a výzkumu jsou stanoveny návrhy, kterými by vybraná společnost posílala vnímání významu společenské odpovědnosti v České republice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented work is focused on the analysis of corporate social responsibility of selected company, evaluation of the attitude of the target segment of selected company to the concept of corporate social responsibility as such, and then to the corporate social responsibility performed by the selected company, in this case McDonald's, with the intention to strengthen the perception of corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. Firstly, the thesis presents theoretical knowledge related to the issue of corporate social responsibility, its communication and reporting, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the selected company and its introduction, then a situational analysis of the issue of corporate social responsibility of McDonald's is performed and marketing research is carried out. Based on the findings of the analysis and research, proposals are set by which the selected company would strengthen the perception of importance of corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. | en |
