dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rodinné podnikání v maloobchodním sektoru v České republice s důrazem na problematiku nástupnictví. Cílem práce je identifikování problematických oblastí v rodinném podniku Obchod Hrbáček a následné navržení řešení těchto problematických oblastí. První část práce obsahuje teoretický úvod do rodinného podnikání, stručnou historii rodinných podniků v České republice, popis životního cyklu rodinného podniku a přehled o problematice nástupnictví. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byl v praktické části práce uskutečněn strukturovaný rozhovor s majitelem firmy a analyzováno prostředí podniku. V závěru práce byly shrnuty problematické oblasti podniku a navržena jejich řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on family business in the retail sector in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on succession issues. The thesis aims to identify problem areas in the family business Obchod Hrbáček and then propose a solution to these problem areas. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical introduction to family business, a brief history of family businesses in the Czech Republic, a description of the life cycle of a family business, and an overview of succession issues. To achieve the set goal, in the practical part of the work, a structured interview was conducted with the owner of the company, and the business environment was analyzed. At the end of the work, problematic areas of the company were summarized and their solutions were proposed.en
