dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparaci právních úprav institutu soudního exekutora v rámci vybraných zemí EU. Úvodem do problematiky je krátký pohled na historický vývoj institutu soudního exekutora. Stěžejní část práce se zaměřuje na porovnání pojetí profese soudního exekutora v právních řádech Německa, České, Slovenské a Polské republiky z hlediska jeho vzniku, zániku, jakož i činnosti a odměny. Autor se dále věnuje specifikaci fungování profesních samosprávných komor exekutorů. Není opomenut ani dozor nad exekutorem a jeho odpovědnost. V závěru se autor pokusil zhodnotit klady a zápory jednotlivých právní úprav.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis focuses on a comparison of legislations of the institute of a judicial officer in selected countries of the European Union. The introduction to the problematics is a short insight into the historical development of the institute of a judicial officer. The thesis's main part focuses on comparing conceptions of a judical officer in legal orders of Germany, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Poland in terms of formation, abolition, as well as activities and rewards. The author continues by specifying the functioning of the professional self-governing chamber of a judicial officers. Supervision of judicial officer their duties are not neglected. At the end of the thesis, the author evaluates each legal order´s pros and cons.en
