| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce "Opatření obecné povahy" je studium samotného institutu opatření obecné povahy. Součástí práce je i rozbor základních forem činností veřejné správy. Jádro diplomové práce je však věnováno institutu opatření obecné povahy a vývoji jeho pojetí v judikatuře. Následují kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na proces přijímání a přezkumu. Poslední kapitola je věnována některým "zvláštním" zákonům,ve kterých je tento institut zakotven. | cs |
