| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je zvýšení tržeb hotelového provozu. V teoretické části je rozebrán management hotelnictví formou popisu jednotlivých úseků a faktorů ovlivňující obchod. Pro praktickou část byla zvolena společnost hotel Purkmistr. Tato část se věnuje popisu a řízení vybraného hotelu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které mohou pomoci ke zvýšení tržeb hotelu Purkmistr. | cs |
