| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat příjmy a výdaje Městského obvodu Plzeň 7 Radčice, zhodnotit danou situaci a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení dané situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou územní samosprávy a jejím financováním. Praktická část představuje Městský obvod Plzeň 7 Radčice a následně analýzu příjmů a výdajů v letech 2010 - 2014. Následně na základě získaných poznatků je zhodnocena finanční situace obvodu a navržena opatření pro zlepšení stávající situace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the incomes and expenses of Town district Plzeň 7 - Radčice, to evaluate the given situation and to suggest an arrangement for improvement of the situation. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned with the characteristics of the area of self-government and it's financing. The practical part introduces the Town dictrict Plzeň 7 - Radčice and subsequently the analysis of incomes and expenses in years 2012 - 2014. Afterwards, based on the gained information, is evaluated the financial situation of the district and there are arranged steps for improvement of the current situation. | en |
