dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje vybrané raritní zápisy do katastru nemovitostí v souvislostech, tedy s ohledem na důvod a způsob jejich vzniku, historický vývoj a v neposlední řadě na jejich praktické dopady. Nejprve jsou popisovány okolnosti, které tyto zápisy ovlivňují, ať už to je historický vývoj evidence nemovitostí na našem území, principy, na nichž stojí současný katastr nemovitostí, nebo proces samotného zápisu do katastru nemovitostí. Následně jsou popsané jednotlivé vybrané instituty, tedy duplicitní zápis vlastnického práva a přídatné spoluvlastnictví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on two infrequent types of entries in the land register; on duplicate registrations of ownership and accessory co-ownership. The whole work is oriented as much as possible towards the practical aspects of these legal instruments and everything related to them. In order to correctly understand the current entries in the land register, the thesis describes the history of the registration of real estate in our territory and the process by which entries in the land register were and are made.en
