dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na ochranu spotřebitele na trhu České republiky a v Evropské unii. V první části se zabývá analýzou současného stavu na obou těchto trzích. Shledává zde několik důležitých pramenů a ukazuje postavení Evropského společenství ve světovém měřítku. Následující část práce se týká způsobu uvádění elektrotechnických výrobků na trh. I zde jsou zmíněny zákony, které se této problematiky týkají. Práce se dále soustředí na nástroje, kterými lze zajišťovat spotřebitelskou politiku. V poslední části je modelován proces uvedení elektrotechnického výrobku na trh a také procesy, které se nejvíce vyskytují při nákupu elektrotechnických výrobků, tedy proces nákupu, servisu a reklamace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on consumer protection in the Czech market and in he European Union. In the first part deals with analysis of the current status both of these markets. The thesis finds here several important sources and shows the position European Community worldwide. Next part of these thesis concerns the way of putting electrical products on the market. Here are mentioned the laws also, which are concerning this issue. The thesis is also focuses on tools that can provide the consumer policy. In the last section there is modeled process of putting electrical products and also the process, which most occur when buying electrical products, therefore buying proces, service and complaints.en
