dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v Plzeňském kraji se zaměřením na technické obory za období posledních deseti let. První část charakterizuje všeobecný stav na trhu práce spolu s rozborem faktorů, které na něm působí. Základním popisem je demografická situace obyvatelstva a určení problematiky týkající se zaměstnanosti v jednotlivých okresech. Druhá část se věnuje technickým oborům a jejich klasifikaci. Vyjádřen je rozsah pracovní síly této skupiny a její struktura z několika hledisek jako například dovednostní úroveň apod. Dále poskytuje informace o možnostech technického vzdělávání v kraji a uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce. Závěrečná část zhodnocuje perspektivu tohoto oboru s náhledem do budoucnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the labor market in the Pilsen region with a focus on technical subjects in the last ten years. The first part describes a general state of the labor market along with an analysis of the factors which it operates. The basic description is the demographic situation of the population and determine matters regarding employment in various districts. The second part of the thesis is devoted to technical subjects and their classification with expressed manpower capacities of this group and her structure from several aspects such as skill level, etc. It also provides information about the possibilities of technical education in the region and also shows the opportunities for students on the labor market. The final section assesses the perspective of this field with the outlook for the future.en
