Don Juan a Symfonický orchestr hl. m. Prahy FOK třikrát jinak

Abstract

Každý uznávaný orchestr má kolektivní duši. K tomu, aby se projevila v uměleckém výkonu, pomáhá vždy dirigent vykládající dílo zásadního poselství. Symfonický orchestr hlavního města Prahy FOK duši bezesporu má a na večeru 6. dubna v Obecním domě ji ukázal, ale i skryl. Německý dirigent Michael Sanderling ve spolupráci s orchestrem přinesli do koncertního večera jednu novinku z hudby začátku dvacátého století a prověřené kusy světového repertoáru. Vše spojoval inspirační zdroj hraných skladatelů v legendárním svůdci Donu Juanovi. Pojetí všech autorů i realizátorů jej poněkud zbavilo démoničnosti, a hudba tak promlouvala více v rovině obecných pocitů než do extrému vypjatých mezilidských vztahů. Vedle hostujícího dirigenta vystoupil jako host v roli koncertního mistra orchestru Martin Kos.

Every acclaimed orchestra has a collective soul. The conductor interpreting a work of fundamental message always helps to manifest it in artistic performance. The Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK undoubtedly has a soul, and on the evening of 6 April at the Municipal House it showed it, but also hid it. German conductor Michael Sanderling in collaboration with the orchestra brought to the concert evening one new piece of music from the early twentieth century and tried and tested pieces of the world repertoire. All were united by the inspirational source of the composers played in the legendary seducer Don Juan. The conception of all the composers and performers somewhat stripped it of its demonic quality, and the music thus spoke more in terms of general feelings than to the extreme of strained interpersonal relationships. Alongside the guest conductor, Martin Kos appeared as the orchestra's concertmaster.
