dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem této práce je právní úprava vazebního práva v České republice. V úvodu práce pojednává o historickém vývoji vazby na našem území. Druhá kapitola se věnuje obecně pojmu a účelu vazby. V kapitole třetí je popsána současná právní úprava (důvody vazby, rozhodování o vazbě, délka vazby, nahrazení vazby) včetně úpravy vazebního práva mladistvých. Kapitola čtvrtá se zabývá srovnáním s polskou právní úpravou. Poslední kapitola obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda a celkové shrnutí práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject matter of this diploma thesis is " Custody in criminal proceedings". The first chapter describes historical development of custody in the Czech Republic. The second chapter discusses the term and idea of custody, its purpose, main features and custody principles. The third chapter focuses on substantive enactment of custody, specifically on conditions for custody and their definitions. The forth chapter discusses formal legal custody right and explains the way the substantive custody rights, case apart of custody, deciding about custody, and describes the means replacing the custody along with all their forms and their use in specific cases. The fifth compares Polish treatment with Czech. The final charter is motivated by my reflections of the possible regulation de lege ferenda and the conclusion.en
