| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu veřejného užívání krajiny dle platné právní úpravy. Cílem bylo v první řadě představit jednotlivé teoretické pojmy a poté se zabývat jejich analýzou a případně se zamyslet nad novou úpravou de lege ferenda. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol, přičemž první dvě jsou spíše teoretické. Třetí a nejrozsáhlejší kapitola je pak krom veřejného užívání krajiny zaměřena také na limitaci v podobě zvláště chráněných území. Na samém konci práce je pro blízkou podobnost s veřejným užíváním krajiny představeno také veřejné užívání lesa. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the public use of the landscape according to the applicable legislation. The main goal was, first of all, to present the individual theoretical concepts and then deal with their analysis and possibly think about a new adjustment of de lege ferenda. The work is divided into three chapters, while the first two are rather theoretical. In addition to the public use of the landscape, the third and most extensive chapter is also focused on limitation in the form of specially protected areas. At the very end of the work, the public use of the forest is also compared with the public use of the landscape due to its close similarity. | en |
