dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je řízení kvality ve zvoleném podniku. Cílem práce je přiblížit systém řízení managementu kvality ve společnosti UNIBRICK s. r. o. a na základě zjištěných informací zhodnotit politiku managementu kvality této společnosti. Provedena je strategická analýza, ve které je seznámeno s prostředím společnosti a zároveň je navržena strategie, která pomůže dosáhnout stanovených strategických cílů. Navržena jsou také zlepšující opatření, která pomohou zefektivnit řízení z pohledu managementu jakosti. V práci jsou rozebrány systém řízení TQM a model EFQM a jejich uplatnění ve firmě. Z práce vyplývá, že díky zavedení managementu jakosti společnost může snáze dosáhnout svých stanovených cílů, uspokojit požadavky svých zákazníků a získat lepší konkurenční pozici.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is control quality in the selected company. The aim is to explain system of the quality management in the company UNIBRICK s. r. o. and based on, these information rate the quality management policy of the company. There is created a strategic analysis which apprise the environment of the company and there is also designed a strategy to help achieve the strategic aims. The improving measures are also designed to help streamline the control from the perspective of quality management. In the thesis is analysed control system of TQM and model of EFQM and their application in the company. The thesis shows that by application of quality management, the company can more easily achieve their aims, to meet the requirements of their customers and gain a better competitive position.en
