dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je motivování lidí v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako je motiv, stimul, motivační teorie a motivační program. V praktické části se práce zabývá porovnáním dvou organizací. Městské policie Sokolov a Policie ČR. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou identifikovány nedostatky, které se k motivaci vztahují a silné stránky jednotlivých organizací. Dále jsou analyzovány stimulační prostředky, které jednotlivé organizace mají k dispozici. Návrh konkrétního motivačního programu je základním cílem, ke kterému tato práce směřuje. Motivační program musí být také realizovatelný, proto nedílnou součástí práce je i finanční analýza.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor?s thesis is motivation of people within an organisation. The theoretical section discusses key terms, such as motive, stimulus, motivational theories and a motivational program . The practical section contains a comparison between two organisations ? the Municipal Police in Sokolov and the Czech Republic Police. A SWOT analysis is used to identify deficiencies applying to motivation and the strong points of the individual organisations. The means of stimulation, which the individual organisations have available, are also analysed. The final part of the work is also based on the SWOT analysis. This concerns a proposal of a specific motivational program for the given organisation. Proposal of a specific motivational program is the key goal, which this work is directed towards. The motivational program must also be feasible and a financial analysis is consequently also an integral part of this work.en
