| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá otázkou menšin žijících na území České republiky. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé charakteristiky menšin, jejich historie a kultura. Důležitou součástí této práce je popis integrace národnostních menšin, vymezení pojmu a procesy integrace. Dále jsou zde uvedeny státní instituce a neziskové organizace zabývající se problematikou menšin. Je zde uvedeno porovnání pohledů majority na menšiny a naopak. Na konkrétním příkladu je ukázán vztah menšiny k integraci. | cs |

An important part of this work is description of integration of national minorities, definition of the term and integration processes.
