dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení přínosu strukturální politiky Evropské unie na udržitelný rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí, aplikované na konkrétní společnost. Nejdříve jsou definovány základní pojmy jako regionální a strukturální politika, její cíle, principy a nástroje využívané k dosahování cílů. Dále je zmíněno podnikatelské prostředí a vliv strukturální politiky na udržitelný rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí. Následuje analýza problematiky využívání strukturálních fondů a SWOT analýza využívání strukturálních fondů v konkrétní společnosti. Po identifikaci slabých stránek zjištěných ve SWOT analýze je navrženo opatření pro jejich překonání. Nakonec je vyhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost tohoto opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's Thesis is focused on evaluating the benefit of structural politics of the European Union for a sustainable development of a business environment, applied to a particular company. At first basic terms are defined such as regional and structural politics, its goals, principles and tools used to reach the goals. Next the business environment and the influence of structural politics to the sustainable development of the business environment are mentioned. An analysis of the problematic of using structural funds and the SWOT analysis of the using structural funds in particular company follows. After identifying weaknesses determined in SWOT analysis the measure for its overcome is proposed. Finally the economical effectiveness of the measure is evaluated.en
