dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem předložené diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat současné technicko-technologické trendy v maloobchodě. Vybráno bylo osm hlavních trendů z této oblasti. Práce hledá odpovědi na otázku, jaké jsou hlavní bariéry využití těchto technicko- technologických trendů v České republice. Základem pro zjištění bariér využití QR kódů, samoobslužných pokladen a skenerů bylo dotazníkové šetření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of the thesis was to characterize the current technical and technological trends in the retail industry. It was selected eight main trends in this area. The dissertation is looking for answers to the question, what are the main barriers to the use of these technical and technological trends in the Czech Republic. The basis for determining barriers to use of QR codes, self checkout machines and scanners was a questionnaire survey.en
