dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce Nájem bytu - práva a povinnosti stran se zabývá právy a povinnostmi stran, které vznikají pronajímateli a nájemci na základě uzavření nájemní smlouvy. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které pojednávají o konkrétních právech a povinnostech a stran. Cílem této práce je porovnání právní úpravy této problematiky s právní úpravou ve Spolkové republice Německu. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje obecné charakteristice nájemního bydlení. V dalších kapitolách jsou rozebrána práva a povinnosti nájemce. Závěr práce shrnuje odlišnosti mezi oběma právními úpravami a zabývá se případnými změnami české právní úpravy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis Lease of an apartment - rights and obligations of the parties deals with the rights and obligations of the parties that arise for the landlord and the lessee on the basis of the conclusion of a lease contract. The thesis is divided into several chapters which deal with the specific rights and obligations of the parties. The aim of this thesis is to compare the legal regulation of this issue with the legal regulation in the Federal Republic of Germany. The introductory chapter deals with the general characteristics of leasehold housing. In the following chapters the rights and obligations of the lessee are discussed. Finally, the thesis summarises the differences between the two legal systems and discusses possible changes to the Czech legislation.en
