| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřená na problematiku interního auditu. Cílem práce je sestavení návrhu interního logistického auditu po restrukturalizaci společnosti z výrobního závodu na zákaznické servisní centrum, která proběhla v roce 2019. Úroveň a požadavky na provedení interního auditu se liší dle odvětví. Interní audit v automobilovém průmyslu musí být proveden dle specifických požadavků závazné normy skupiny IATF. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První část je věnována shrnutí teoretických poznatků k problematice interního auditu a specifik interního auditu v oblasti automobilového průmyslu na základě rešerše literárních zdrojů. V úvodu druhé části práce je představen dosavadní vývoj společnosti a předmět činnosti, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení a zkonstruování kontextu organizace, jako výchozího bodu pro provedení interního auditu. Na tuto část navazuje analýza oblastí normy IATF 16949:2016 relevantních pro výkon interního auditu ve zkoumané společnosti a návrh systému interního auditu. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení vytvořeného návrhu a doporučení společnosti, která mohou vést ke zlepšení procesu interního auditu, který v důsledku bude podkladem pro provedení certifikačního auditu a získání certifikátu, který je nezbytným podkladem při rozhodování zainteresovaných stran. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This submitted thesis is focused on internal audit. This work aims to compile a proposal of internal logistics audit after the company restructuring from production plant to customer service center, which took place in 2019. Level and requirements for internal audit vary by industry. The internal audit in the automotive industry must be carried out according to the specific requirements of the binding IATF standard. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to a summary of theoretical knowledge on the issue of internal audit and specifics requiring internal audit in the automotive industry based on a search of literary sources. The introduction of the second part of the thesis presents the current development of the company and the subject of activities necessary for understanding and constructing the context of the organization as a starting point for internal audit. This part is followed by an analysis of the areas of IATF 16949: 2016 standard relevant to the performance of internal audit in the examined company and the design of an intenal audit system. At the end of the work is carried out evaluation of the proposal and recommendations of the company, which can lead to an improvement of the internal audit process, which will be a basis for conducting a certification audit and obtaining a certificate, which is a necessary basis for decision making of interested parties. | en |
