dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení stávající situace dvou zvolených malých rodinných podniků a to jak z hlediska současné pozice v konkurenčním prostředí, tak fáze procesu předání podniku následující generaci, v níž se firma nachází. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou vybraných podniků a s ní související problematikou volby nejvhodnější formy předání rodinného podniku následující generaci. Hlavní část práce se zabývá především průzkumem současné situace dvou společností, jež vychází z analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku a z nestrukturovaných a strukturovaných rozhovorů s vedením podniku. Na základě zjištěných poznatků práce navrhuje podnikům určitá doporučení. V průběhu celé práce byla využita odborná literatura, legislativní prameny a celá řada internetových zdrojů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe object this thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the two selected small family businesses, both in terms of the current position in the competitive environment and phase of the transfer of the company following generation in which the copany is located. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In this thesis I consider the detailed analysis of two selected businesses and the related problém of the choice most appropriate form of handing over the family business next family generation. The main part of this thesis is to survey the current situation of the two companies, which is based on an analysis of external and internal business environment and from unstructured and structured interviews with management. In the course of this thesis I used specialized literature, legislative sources and many web resources.en
