dc.description.abstractV úvodních kapitolách práce popisuje organizaci sportovních odvětví a vzájemný vztah práva a sportu. Poté je vymezen pojem profesionálních sportovních smluv a následně je přistoupeno k diferenciaci jednotlivých částí smluv. V závěru práce popisuje smluvní specifika profesionálních sportovních smluv v hlavních sportovních odvětví z pohledu České republiky, tedy především vrcholového fotbalu a hokeje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the introductory chapters of the thesis the organisation of sports branches and the relationship of sport and law are described. Afterwards the expression of a professional sports contract is explained and next the individual parts of contracts are described. In the conclusion of the thesis the contract specifics of the sports contracts in the main sport branches in the area of the Czech Republic are described, meaning especially top football and ice-hockey.en
