dc.description.abstractPřiložená bakalářská práce analyzuje fungování logistiky ve výrobě firmy Shape Corp. Czech Republic, s. r.o. Pro vyhotovení bakalářské práce bylo využito poznatků z odborné literatury a v průběhu zpracování celé práce byly uskutečňovány pravidelné osobní konzultace s vedoucím logistiky a dalšími zaměstnanci firmy, dále bylo čerpáno i z interních zdrojů podniku. Na začátku celé práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska - definice logistiky, vysvětlení základních pojmů, logistické cíle a činnosti. Další část práce je věnována přiblížení činnosti firmy Shape Corp. Czech Republic, s. r. o., její historii, popisu a hodnocení dodavatelů, analýze materiálových a informačních toků, zásobám, dále skladování a přepravě. Nedílnou součástí práce je návrh na snížení nákladů, které se vážou k expedici.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe attached bachelor thesis analyses the logistics functioning in the production of Shape Corp. Czech Republic, s. r.o. For the preparation of the bachelor thesis, the knowledge from the professional literature was used and during the preparation of the whole thesis, regular personal consultations with the head of logistics and other employees of the company were carried out, as well as the internal sources of the company were drawn upon. At the beginning of the thesis, the theoretical background - definition of logistics, explanation of basic concepts, logistics objectives and activities - is presented. The next part of the thesis is devoted to an overview of the activities of Shape Corp. Czech Republic, s. r. o., its history, description and evaluation of suppliers, analysis of material and information flows, inventories, storage and transportation. An integral part of the work is a proposal to reduce the costs associated with shipping.en
