dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této práce je překlad textů z oblasti gastronomie s komentářem a glosářem. Text se zaměřuje na německé recepty. Jedná se tedy o překlad z německého do českého jazyka. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné znalosti překladu. Praktická část se skládá ze samotného překladu receptů, komentáře s analýzou textů a šesti glosářů s problematickou slovní zásobou. V závěru práce nalezneme uvedené zdroje, shrnutí v anglickém a českém jazyce a přílohy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of this thesis is the translation of a text from the field of gastronomy with a commentary and a glossary. The text is focused on German recipes. It is a translation from German language into Czech. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes the general knowledge of translation. The practical part is composed of the translation of recipes, a commentary containing the analyses of texts and six glossaries with problematic vocabulary. At the very end the bibliography, abstract, resumé and appendix are included.en
