Item Optimization of reluctance motor with printed rotor(IEEE, 2019) Kaska, Jan; Orosz, Tamás; Karban, Pavel; Doležel, Ivo; Pechánek, Roman; Pánek, DavidItem Uncertainty quantification for real-time operation of electromagnetic actuators(Springer Nature, 2019) Mach, František; Pospíšil, KarelModel-based approach to fault detection of the linear electromagnetic actuators is proposed and validated in the framework of the electromagnetic actuator in the bistable valve operation. The forward uncertainty propagation for the nonlinear mathematical model is performed to determine the probability of faultless operation under aleatoric and epistemic uncertainties. A basic technique is then proposed to make a decision on occurred fault.Item Trade-off between resolution and frame rate for visual tracking of mini-robots on planar surfaces(IEEE, 2019) Juřík, Martin; Šmídl, Václav; Kuthan, Jiří; Mach, FrantišekAccurate and fast visual localization is required in many applications of mini-robotics. Achieving both fast and accurate algorithms is difficult due to computational and acquisition issues. Higher image resolution typically implies lower frame rates which results in blurred images of fast moving robots. We aim to achieve as high frame rate as possible with acceptable accuracy of localization. Specifically, we propose a two stage localization algorithm based on fast block matching for fast localization followed by optical flow correction for subpixel accuracy of localization. We show in experimental evaluation that the difference in localization using an image of the same scene in resolution 1000×1000 px and 200×200 px is 0.2 px of the higher resolution. Computational cost of the lower resolution is 16 times lower than that for the high resolution. This allows us to achieve high accuracy localization at higher frame rates which significantly reduces the blur artefacts caused by low frame rates. Experimental results are shown to demonstrate the precision and speed of the proposed algorithm in the tracking of a robot on a recorded video.Item Modified tellegen principle used for power and energy systems modeling(University of West Bohemia, 2019) Štork, Milan; Mayer, DanielThe paper deals with a problem of modeling of dynamic systems. The proposed approach to the problem solution is based on modified Tellegen’s theorem well known from electrical engineering. The novelty of this approach is that it is based on the instantaneous power calculation for real linear and nonlinear systems e.g. electrical circuits, mechanical systems, heat transfer etc. Consequently, mathematically as well as physically correct results are obtained. Some known and often used system representation structures are discussed from the developed point of view as an addition. The examples are also included. The mathematical derivation and results of simulations are presented in this paper.Item Design of linear peristaltic pump(IEEE, 2019) Muška, Jiří; Karban, Pavel; Petrášová, Iveta; Doležel, IvoItem Adjustment of material characteristics in electroheat problems(IEEE, 2019) Petrášová, Iveta; Kotlan, Václav; Doležel, IvoItem Partial discharges pulse shape analysis at AC and DC(Springer Nature, 2020) Pihera, Josef; Hornak, Jaroslav; Voborník, Aleš; Kupka, Lukáš; Chládek, Svatoslav; Haller, RainerItem Some issues related to impulse testing of gaseous insulation with synthetic air(CIGRE, 2019) Benešová, Zdeňka; Haller, Rainer; Hamar, Roman; Martínek, Petr; Müllerová, Eva; Summer, R.Item Positioning uncertainty reduction of magnetically guided actuation on planar surfaces(IEEE, 2019) Juřík, Martin; Kuthan, Jiří; Vlček, Jiří; Mach, FrantišekItem The representation of some phrases in Arabic word semantic vector spaces(IEEE, 2018) Taylor, Stephen; Brychcín, TomášDemonstrujeme několik cest pro použití morfologických slovních analogií na testování reprezentací komplexních slov v sémantických prostorech. Item Micromechanical analysis of fiber spatial distribution influence in unidirectional composite cross-section on overall response in terms of tensile curves(IEEE, 2019) Kroupa, Tomáš; Zemčík, Hana; Zemčík, RobertItem Induction heating-assisted laser welding of stainless cylindrical pipes(IEEE, 2018) Kotlan, Václav; Hamar, Roman; Doležel, IvoItem Shape and topology optimization of high power converter busbar(IEEE, 2018) Petrášová, Iveta; Karban, Pavel; Pánek, David; Šroubová, LenkaItem Využití indukovaného napětí pro detekci chyby operace elektromagnetického ventilu(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2018) Pospíšil, Karel; Mach, FrantišekItem Optimalizační metody pro lokalizaci zdroje hluku(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2018) Petrášová, IvetaItem Fraktální anténa vyrobena technologií vyšívání a Aerosol Jet(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2018) Pavec, Martin; Soukup, Radek; Hamáček, AlešItem Klíčové parametry pro polohování magnetických těles v planární rovině(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2018) Kuthan, Jiří; Juřík, MartinItem Návrh a počítačové modelování pulzně buzených defektoskopických sond na bázi vířivých proudů(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2016) Slobodník, Karel; Fiřt, JaroslavItem Formovanie magnetického poľa vo vodivom biomateriály v dôsledku deformácie(Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, 2016) Chudáčik, Vladimír; Smetana, Milan; Karban, Pavel; Fiřt, Jaroslav
