dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou, proč Černá Hora nebyla doposud přijata do EU. V rámci zjištění důvodu, co překáží Černé Hoře vstoupit do EU, se práce soustředí na politický a historický vývoj v zemi. Také se tato práce zabývá náboženstvím, kdy lze pozorovat v Černé Hoře vliv Srbské ortodoxní církve. Dále se práce zabývá problematikou právního státu, dodržování lidských práv, demokracie a boje proti korupci. Poté se práce soustředí na ekonomickou stránku země a její zahraniční politiku. To vše je v průběhu práce porovnáváno s právními předpisy a standardy EU, aby bylo jasně zřetelné, jaké reformy musí Černá Hora provést, aby mohla být přijata do EU.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of why Montenegro has not yet been accepted into the EU. In order to find out the reason that prevents Montenegro from joining the EU, the work focuses on the political and historical development in the country. This work also deals with religion, where the influence of the Serbian Orthodox Church can be observed in Montenegro. The work also deals with the issue of the rule of law, respect for human rights, democracy and the fight against corruption. After that, the work focuses on the economic side of the country and its foreign policy. All this is compared with EU legislation and EU standards in the course of the work, so that it is clear what reforms Montenegro needs to make in order to be accepted into the EU.en
