| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na státní službu, která je jedním z klíčových pilířů organizace a fungování moderní správy ve státě. Práce je zaměřena nejen na samotné téma státní služby, ale i na pojmy s ní související. Práce v sobě zahrnuje mimo jiné definice veřejné a státní správy, veřejné služby, ale i podrobnou definici státní služby podle zákona o státní službě. Samotná práce je členěna do šesti kapitol, kdy každá z kapitol zahrnuje téma související se státní službou. Cílem této práce je zjištění, zda byli naplněny snahy o depolitizaci a modernizaci státní služby, které vyplývají z příslušné právní úpravy. | cs |
