dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je celoživotní vzdělávání zdravotnických nelékařských pracovníků. Cílem práce bylo shrnutí všech forem postgraduálního vzdělávání všeobecných sester v České republice. Pro komplexnost náhledu na vzdělávání nelékařských pracovníků byla popsána i pregraduální příprava sester pro budoucí povolání, se stručnou historií vývoje českých ošetřovatelských škol od počátku 20. století do současnosti. Ve výzkumné části analyzuji, jakým způsobem všeobecné sestry využívají nabídky akreditovaných zařízení pro prohlubování svých vědomostí a také názory respondentů na povinnost profesního vzdělávání. Součástí výzkumu je též problematika využití celoživotního vzdělávání sester v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of the Bachelor's thesis is a lifelong medical education of health workers. The aim of the work was a summary of all the forms of postgraduate training of General nurses in the Czech Republic. For the comprehensiveness of the Preview on the education of non-medical workers has been described and undergraduate preparation of nurses for the future of the profession, with a brief history of the development of nursing schools from the early 20th century. century to the present.
