| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je představení nového, mladého sportu se zaměřením na postup a specifika sportovního tréninku u věkově kategorie dětí 6-12 let. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány teoretické pojmy, jako je pohybová aktivita, pohybová schopnost a mladší školní věk. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na specifika flag fotbalu a jeho tréninkovou jednotku spojenou a metodickým postupem pro jednotlivé pozice. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou interpretovány závěry doplněné o fotografie a videa cvičení pro danou věkovou kategorii. | cs |

Attention is devoted to the children between 6-12 years. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts such as physical activity, physical ability and younger school age.
