dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trénink kognitivně-motorické interference u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Zkoumá vliv a účinnost tréninku dvojího úkolu na snížení kognitivně-motorické interference. U vybraných 11 studií byla sledována účinnost současného zapojení motorického a kognitivního úkolu. Hodnocené parametry studií ukázaly, že po tréninku dvojího úkolu dochází u chronických pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě k statisticky významnému snížení kognitivně-motorické interference. Trénink s dvojím úkolem se ukazuje jako vhodná metoda rehabilitace a měl by být zařazen do klinické praxe k běžné rehabilitaci pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the training of cognitive-motor interference in patients after stroke. It examines the effect and effectiveness of dual task training on the reduction of cognitive-motor interference. The effectiveness of the simultaneous involvement of the motor and cognitive task was monitored in 11 selected studies. The rated parameters of the studies have shown that there was significant reduction of cognitive-motor interference after dual task training in chronic patients after stroke. It seems that dual-task training is a suitable method of rehabilitation and it should be normally included in the clinical practice in patients after stroke.en
