dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling nákladů ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje controlling jako nástroj podpory řízení v podniku, jeho vývoj, cíle, funkce, nástroje a popis osoby controllera. Součástí je také evidence nákladů, jejich členění a jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy kalkulací. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost INEL, její historie, portfolio služeb a je provedena SWOT analýza. Dále je vypracována finanční analýza a jsou zhodnoceny controllingové činnosti v oblasti nákladů. Na závěr je vyhodnocena efektivita daných činností a jsou realizovány návrhy na možná zlepšení ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Diploma Thesis is focused on controlling costs in selected company. The theoretical part defines controlling as a tool to support management in the company, its development, objectives, functions, tools and description of controller. It also includes records of costs, their structure and different types of calculations are characterized. The practical part includes characterization of company INEL, its history, its portfolio of services, and a SWOT analysis. The financial analysis is also worked out and controlling activities are evaluated in terms of costs. Finally, effectiveness of the activities is evaluated and suggestions for possible improvements in the company are implemented.en
