| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu společností s ručením omezeným s nízkým základním kapitálem, jejímž hlavním cílem je posouzení vztahů mezi výší základního kapitálu, teritoriální a odvětvovou strukturou a finančními ukazateli. V první části práce jsou definovány specifika společností s ručením omezeným, představeny důvody pro snížení minimální výše základního kapitálu na 1 Kč a diskutovány výhody a nevýhody které toto snížení společně s novým zákonem o obchodních korporacích přineslo. Druhá část práce obsahuje již samotnou analýzu společností s.r.o. s nízkým základním kapitálem. Provedená analýza se zaměřuje především na teritoriální a odvětvovou strukturu a vybrané finanční ukazatele dle výše základního kapitálu. Součástí práce je i analýza vývoje s.r.o. s nízkým základním kapitálem a jeho zasazení do celkového vývoje společností s ručením omezeným v České republice. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou formulované závěry, které blíže specifikují společnosti s ručením omezeným s nízkým základním kapitálem a prezentují jejich charakteristiky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of limited liability companies with low registered capital with the aim to evaluate the relation between the amount of registered capital, territorial structure, industry classification and financial indicators. The first part of the thesis defines the specifics of limited liability companies, presents the reasons which led to reduction of minimum capital requirement to 1 CZK and discusses the advantages and disadvantages that this reduction brought together with the new Business Corporations Act. The second part of the thesis contains the analysis of limited liability companies with low registered capital itself. The carried-out analysis examines mainly the territorial and sectoral structure together with financial indicators by the amount of registered capital as well as development of LLC with low registered capital and its inclusion to the overall development of LLC in the Czech Republic. Based on the results of the analysis, there have been formulated conclusions that specify limited liability companies with low registered capital in more details and present their characteristics. | en |
