| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úrazů hlezenního kloubu a následnou rehabilitací pomocí metody zvané senzomotorická stimulace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána kineziologie a traumatologie hlezenního kloubu. Dále je popsána metoda senzomotorické stimulace a její význam v léčbě poúrazového hlezna. V praktické části je popsáno kazuistické šetření, kde byli sledováni čtyři pacienti po dobu deseti půlhodinových terapií na ambulantní rehabilitaci. Kazuistiky obsahují vstupní vyšetření, postup terapie, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a výstupní vyšetření. Na základě těchto kazuistik bylo zjištěno, že při použití metody senzomotorické stimulace po úrazech hlezna dojde ke zlepšení propriocepce z plosky nohy, což způsobí správnou svalovou koordinaci, která vede k objektivnímu i subjektivnímu zvýšení stability kloubu při pohybu. A je tedy i prevencí před dalšími úrazy hlezenního kloubu způsobených jeho instabilitou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis dealts with the injuries of the ankle joint and the following rehabilitation using the method called sensomotoric stimulation. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the kinesiology and traumatology od the ankle joint. Furthermore the method sensomotoric stimulation is being decribed, including its importance in the treatment of the post-traumatic ankle joint. In the practical part there is a case history research, in which 4 patients were being observed during 10 half-an-hour therapies in ambulatory rehabilitation. The case histories consist of an initial examination, a therapy process, a short-term rehabilitation plan, a long-term rehabilitation plan and a final examination. Based on the results of case histories it was discovered that using the method sensomotoric stimulation after ankle joint injuries helps with the proprioception from the sole of the foot, which causes a better muscle koordination that leads to an objective and a subjective increase in stability of the joint during the motion. It is also a prevention from other injuries of the ankle joint caused by its instability. | en |
