dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řešení reklamací v automobilovém průmyslu. Popisuje problematiku rekla-mací mezi zákazníkem a dodavatelem. Vysvětluje základní určování technického faktoru, dle kterého se vyčísluje fi-nanční zatížení dodavatele. Hlavním přínosem je vizualizace výsledků reklamací za kalendářní roky 2008, 2009 a 2010 a tím zisk přehledu nad reklamovanými výrobky, které finančně zatěžují společnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the resolution of claims in the automotive industry. It describes the issue of claims between the customer and the supplier. It explains the basic factor determining the technical, which is calculated according to the financial burden on suppliers. The main benefit is to visu-alize the results of complaints for the calendar years 2008, 2009 and 2010 and thus gain an overview of the advertised products that financially burden the company.en
