dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá přesuny volební podpory mezi volbami do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR v letech 2013 a 2017. V teoretické části je uvedena definice volební volatility, vzorce pro její výpočet a koncepty vybraných autorů, kteří se tímto tématem zabývali. Dále jsou uvedeny příčiny přesunů volební podpory a determinanty volebního chování. Následně se práce zaměřuje na případ ČR, konkrétně je popsán vývoj volební podpory od roku 1992 a čistá a celková volební volatilita v ČR. Analytická část pak zkoumá parlamentní volby v letech 2013 a 2017. Je zde uvedena charakteristika zkoumaných voleb, volební výsledky a interpretace přesunů volební podpory a argumentace k daným přesunům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the shift of electoral support between the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2013 and 2017. In the theoretical part there is a definition of electoral volatility, formulas for its calculation and concepts of selected authors who dealt with this topic. The following are causes of shifts in electoral support and determinants of electoral behavior. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the case of the Czech Republic, specifically the development of electoral support since 1992 and the net and total electoral volatility in the Czech Republic. The analytical part then examines the parliamentary elections in 2013 and 2017. There is a description of the elections examined, election results and interpretation of shifts in electoral support and argumentation for the transfers.en
