dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o dva pacienty s chronickými defekty v domácí péči a jejich každodenními problémy. Teoretická část je věnována rozdělení ran, faktorům ovlivňujícím hojení a terapeutickým materiálům vlhkého hojení. V praktické části je zmapován ošetřovatelský proces u dvou pacientů s chronickými defekty. Jsou zmíněna specifika péče o rány, popis ran, jsou popsány nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Nezbytnou součástí je oblast edukace nemocných, která je doložena v závěru práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelors work deals with the nursing care of two patiens with chronical defects in homecare and their everyday problems. Theoretical part is about distribution of wounds, factors affecting healing and terapeutic materials for wet wound healing. The practical part describes the nursing proces of two selected patiens with chronical defects. I mention specific of the wound care, description of defects and the most frequent diagnosis are mapped. The necessary content is also education of the sick which is included in the end of the work.en
