| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na cvičení s pomocí bosu míče a jeho využití ve fyzioterapii. V teoretické části je bosu míč popsán, jak se na něm cvičí, indikace a kontraindikace tohoto cvičení a metody vyšetření a ošetření problematických částí těla. Zvolila jsem zpracování této práce formou čtyř modelových cvičebních jednotek pro různé diagnózy a podrobně pak popsala jednu kazuistiku. Tyto a další kapitoly, jakými jsou například hypotézy, cíl práce nebo charakteristika sledovaného pacienta, jsou uvedeny v praktické části. V ní je dále také popsán průběh a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které potvrdily mé hypotézy. Zjistila jsem, že málo zdravotnických zařízení používá ke cvičení bosu míč, nejčastější indikací pro cvičení na bosu jsou vertebrogenní poruchy a že nejlepší efekt tohoto cvičení je u věkové kategorie mezi šestnácti a dvaceti šesti lety. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on exercises with a Bosu ball and its application in physiotherapy. In the theoretical part of the work, the Bosu ball itself is described, how to exercise with it, the indications and contraindications of these exercises, and methods of examination and treatment of problematic parts of the body. I chose to handle this work in the form of four model exercise units for various diagnoses and then describe in detail a case report. These and other chapters, such as hypotheses, the goal of the work and the description of the patient who was studied are listed in the practical part. The process and results of the questionnaire survey, which confirmed my hypothesis, are described in it as well. I found that few medical facilities of all those I have investigated are equipped with a Bosu ball. Other findings included are that the most frequent diagnosis for which this exercise is recommended are vertebral disorders, and that the effect of this exercise is the best for the age category sixteen to twenty-six years old. | en |
