dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce je zmapovat, jaké změny v oblasti somatického a emocionálního stavu a sociálního statusu přináší pacientovi imunoglobulinová terapie využívaná při léčbě sekundární imunodeficience. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do problematiky hematoonkologických pacientů. Je zde uveden přehled nejčastějších hematoonkologických malignit, dále je zde popsána imunita a imunodeficience, aktuální možnosti substituce imunoglobuliny a potřeby nemocných. Praktická část byla zpracována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů od pacientů podstupujících substituční léčbu imunoglobuliny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is to explore the changes in the somatic and emotional state, and social status brought to patients by immunoglobulin therapy used in the treatment of secondary immunodeficiency. The theoretical part is focused on an introduction to the issues of hematooncology patients. It includes an overview of the most common hematooncological malignancies, describes immunity and immunodeficiency, current options for immunoglobulin substitution, and the needs of the sick. The practical part was conducted through qualitative research, with data obtained from semi-structured interviews with patients undergoing immunoglobulin substitution therapy.en
