| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce byl pohled sestry standardního interního oddělení na poruchy vědomí a ošetřovatelskou péči o tyto pacienty. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomii a fyziologií centrálního nervového systému. Dále se zabývá tím, co je to vědomí, jaké jsou poruchy vědomí a jak je dělíme. Popisuje též vyšetřovací metody a skórovací škály vědomí. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kazuistiky dvou pacientů s poruchami vědomí. Je zde popsán model ošetřovatelské péče podle M. Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle tohoto modelu. | cs |
