| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nový dispečerský systém plzeňských městských dopravních podniků. Zkoumá základní principy fungování dynamického dispečinku, pojednává o původním řešení a o novém pracovišti dispečerů, jeho jednotlivých částech a vybavení. V druhé části práce zjišťuje, jak tento systém funguje v praxi, jak na jeho zavedení reaguje cestující veřejnost a zda si tato veřejnost všimla zlepšení, který tento systém přinesl. | cs |
