dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá využitím manufitu u poruch v oblasti ramene. Teoretická část pojednává o biomechanice ramenního kloubu, jeho funkci a poruchách a bolesti, které se v této oblasti objevují. V druhé polovině teoretické části je popsána terapeutická pomůcka manufit a její využití. Výzkumná část se zabývá efektem terapie s manufitem u problémových oblastí, které se vyskytují u poruch v oblasti ramene. Pro daný výzkum byly vybrány jednotlivé tréninky na manufitu, které klienti pravidelně prováděli. Ve výsledcích byla zjištěna užitečnost manufitu v terapii ramene při ovlivnění rozsahů pohybu i ovlivnění bolesti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this thesis is the functioning of manufit for improving a failure in a region of shoulder. The theoretical part of this work contains the chapter about biomechanics and function of shoulder. It contains also shouders failure and pain. The second part of this theoretical part describes the therapy aid called manufit and how could it be used in a therapy. Manufit was used in a therapy with shoulders failure to improve range of movements and pain in that regio. There is a observation of effect these therapies in a research part of this thesis. Result of this work is that using of manufit is usefull in a therapy for pacients with painful shoulder syndrome. There were increase of range of movements and decrease of pain.en
