dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu plaveckého areálu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Řeší návrh jednopodlažního, částečně podsklepeného objektu s dominantní bazénovou halou. Součástí práce je architektonicko-stavební a konstrukční řešení, statické posouzení vybraných nosných prvků, tepelně-technické posouzení konstrukcí, zjednodušený návrh zdravotně technických instalací a požárně bezpečnostní řešení. Dokumentace byla zpracována v programech Microsoft Word, Archicad 27 EDU, SCIA Engineer 25.0, FIN EC 2024 a Teplo 2017.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of a new swimming facility at the building permit level. It addresses the design of a single-storey, partially basement building with a dominant swimming hall. The thesis includes architectural and structural design, structural analysis of selected load-bearing elements, thermal-technical assessment of construction assemblies, a simplified design of sanitary installations, and fire safety design.
