dc.description.abstractTato práce se dělí na dvě části na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na stručný popis nervové soustavy. Dále charakterizuje úrazové a cévní onemocnění včetně příznaků, diagnostiky a léčby. V posledním celku teoretické části jsou v práci zmíněna specifika intenzivní pooperační ošetřovatelské péče. V praktické části jsou vypracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientů, kteří byli hospitalizováni na Neurochirurgické jednotce intenzivní péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. První kazuistika se zaměřuje na degenerativní onemocnění krční páteře a druhá se věnuje pacientovi s akutním subdurálním krvácením. Praktická část shrnuje průběh celé hospitalizace od pacientova přijetí, až po jeho propuštění z Neurochirurgické kliniky. Uvedené kazuistiky jsou v závěru práce hodnoceny a diskutovány mezi sebou společně s dalšími kvalifikačními pracemi. Výsledkem práce je informační leták určený pro pacienty a rodinné příslušníky pacientů, kteří podstoupili neurochirurgický výkon.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is divided into two parts the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the brief description of the nervous system. Further characterized by the trauma and vascular dines, including, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. In the last part of the theoretical part in the work are of the mentioned specifics of the intensity post-operative nursing care. In the practical part are drawn two case reports who were hospitalized in the Neurosurgical intensity care unit at a Teaching hospital in Pilsen. The first case study focuses on the degenerative diseases of the cervical spine and the second dedicated to the patient with acute subdural bleeding. The practical part summarizes the course of the entire hospitalization from the patient´s, until after his release from the Neurosurgical clinic. Listed case reports are at the end of the work evaluated and discussed among themselves and also together with other qualification works. The result of the work is the informatics leaflet designed for patients and family members of patients who have undergone neurosurgical performance.en
