dc.description.abstractTématem práce je problematika e-Governmentu. Práce popisuje obsah, dosavadní průběh a současný stav elektronizace služeb veřejné správy v podmínkách České republiky. V textu práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti elektronizace, je popsána koncepce plánovaných změn v této oblasti, jsou vyjmenovány prvky e-Governmentu v ČR, vývoj a postup změn je porovnán s ostatními zeměmi Evropské unie. V práci je dále realizován kvantitativní výzkum, který se věnuje problematice datových schránek a validuje názory podnikatelské veřejnosti na straně jedné a úředníků státní správy na straně druhé na tuto oblast.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the thesis is the issue of e-Government. The thesis describes the content, actual progress so far and the current state of the electronicization of public administration services in the conditions of the Czech Republic. In the text of the thesis, the basic terms in the field of electronicization are explained, the concept of known changes in this field is described, the elements of e-Government in the Czech Republic are listed, the development and progress of changes are compared with other countries of the European Union. The work also supports quantitative research that addresses the issue of data boxes and validates the opinions of the business community on the one hand and state administration officials on the other.en
