| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy a zhodnocení systému měření a řízení výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku včetně návrhu vhodných opatření pro upevnění finanční pozice a zvýšení ekonomické výkonnosti společnosti. Finanční stabilita podniku je posouzena prostřednictvím klasických a moderních metod měření výkonnosti podniku, konkrétně za pomoci finanční analýzy a ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoretická část práce slouží jako podklad pro zpracování části praktické a zaměřuje se na zhodnocení rozdílů využívání klasických a moderních přístupů měření a řízení výkonnosti. V praktické části jsou poté tyto vybrané metody aplikovány na reálných datech vybraného podniku. Na základě zpracovaných výsledků měření výkonnosti je v závěru práce provedeno zhodnocení a navržena doporučení, která by mohla vést k upevnění či zlepší finanční výkonnosti podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the system of measurement and performance management of the selected company. The proposals of appropriate measures, which lead to the stronger financial position and the higher economic performance, are the following part of the thesis. Classical and modern methods of the measurement of the company performance, especially financial analysis and indicator of economic value added, are used as the assessment of the financial stability. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, which is focused on the evaluation of differences between the usage of classical and modern approaches of the company performance, is used as the basis for the practical part. The selected methods are then applicated on the real date of the selected company in the practical part. The results of performance measurement are used for the evaluation of the company's performance and the suggestions that would lead to the better financial performance are given in the conclusion of the thesis. | en |
