dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřená na Crohnovu nemoc jako na významného aktéra, který vymezuje subjektivitu příslušného pacienta a obecně i jeho podstatu a způsob existence. V práci jsou diskutovány takové oblasti, jako jsou projevy této nemoci, diagnostika a způsoby její léčby a jak se promítají do utváření sociálních vztahů příslušného pacienta. Práce je inspirována výzkumem Annemarie Mol (2002), která prokázal existenci multiplicity v případě aterosklerózy. Obecně jsem pracovala s principy nového materialismu ve snaze rozkrýt zprostředkovatele, kteří se podílejí na vymezení povahy nemoci a existence pacienta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis focuses on Crohn's disease as an important actor, which determines the subjectivity of the patient and, in general, his / her nature and way of existence. The work discusses areas such as the manifestations of this disease, the diagnosis and the ways of its treatment and how it is reflected in the formation of the social relations of the patient concerned. The work is inspired by the research by Annemarie Mol (2002), which demonstrated the existence of multiplicity in the case of atherosclerosis. Generally, I have been working with the principles of new materialism in an attempt to unravel mediators who are involved in defining the nature of the disease and the existence of the patient.en
