dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany bankovek a mincí z hlediska technických ochranných prvků, právní úpravy a institucionálního zajištění dohledu nad peněžním oběhem. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém ochrany platidel a posoudit jeho efektivitu, a to jak na úrovni jednotlivých ochranných prvků, tak v rámci právního a institucionálního rámce. Součástí práce je rovněž komparace ochranných prvků české koruny a eura, která identifikuje klíčové rozdíly v přístupu k ochraně měny. Práce se dále věnuje roli České národní banky při výkonu dohledu nad peněžním oběhem a právním nástrojům sloužícím k ochraně měny a postihu protiprávního jednání. Na základě provedené analýzy lze konstatovat, že ochrana měny představuje komplexní systém, který kombinuje technické, právní a institucionální prvky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue of banknote and coin protection from the perspective of technical security features, legal regulation, and institutional supervision of currency circulation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of currency protection and assess its effectiveness, both at the level of individual security features and within the legal and institutional framework. The thesis also includes a comparison of the security features of the Czech koruna and the euro, identifying key differences in their approaches to currency protection. Furthermore, it focuses on the role of the Czech National Bank in supervising currency circulation and on legal instruments used to protect currency and sanction unlawful conduct. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that currency protection represents a complex system combining technical, legal, and institutional elements.en
