dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce je představení finanční správy v České republice, popsání vývoje finanční správy a její blížší specifikace. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Za prvé je vytvořen přehled vývoje finanční správy na našem území před 1. 1. 2013. Druhá kapitola obsahuje analýzu současné legislativy po její reorganizaci. Následující část popisuje postavení, působnost a pravomoci současné finanční správy. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na finanční správu z hlediska de lege ferenda ohledně představ vývoje do budoucnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. I describe development of finance administration in our country and the specification of finance administration. This work is divided into four chapters. First, I try to create an overview of development of the financial administration on our territory before 1. 1. 2013. The second chapter includes an analysis of current legislation after its reorganization. Following part describes the status, competence and powers of the current financial administration. The last chapter is focused on financial administration from the viewpoint of de lege ferenda regarding the development of concepts for the future.en
