dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociální ekonomiky a financování sociálního podniku. V teoretické části práce je představen sektor sociální ekonomiky z hlediska historie, definován pojem sociální ekonomika i sociální podnik a vymezen současný stav sociální ekonomiky v České republice. Práce shrnuje možné zdroje financování sociálních podniků. Jedná se o zdroje plynoucí z financí Evropské unie, z mezinárodních rozvojových programů, vládních fondů a z ostatních zdrojů (programy bankovních institucí, nadnárodních společností či nadačních fondů a nadací). V praktické části práce je sestaven podnikatelský plán pro konkrétní sociální podnik zabývající se úklidovými službami. V rámci podnikatelského plánu je vytvořen finanční plán v realistické a optimistické variantě. V závěrečné části práce jsou podniku navrženy konkrétní zdroje financování využitelné v letech 2013 a 2014.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of this thesis is the sector of social economy and social enterprise funding. The theoretical part introduces social economy sector in terms of history, defines social economy and social enterprise and describes the current state of social economy in the Czech Republic. It summarizes possible sources of financing of social enterprises. These involve European Union financing, financing from international development programs, government funds and other sources (banking institutions, multinational companies, endowment funds and foundations). Practical part consists of a business plan for a social enterprise engaged in cleaning services. A part of this business plan is to create a realistic and optimistic scenario. In the final part the thesis describes specific funding sources for the company which can be utilized in 2013 and 2014.en
