Vychází se z teoretické části pro cvičení ve fitness zdravých jedinců a s jeho pomocí se v praxi aplikuje soubor jednotlivých cviků ve cvičební program. Je zde zpracována metodiky jednotlivých cviků a jejich specifika pro zrakově postižené jedince. | cs |
